Thus, when aiming for a six pack abs, more weight loss programs recommend 5-6 small meals a day. Eating every two or three hours a day can fuel your workouts to get rid of more calories or fats. When your body is constantly fed with energy, your body constantly burns calories. But it is important to remember that intake of calories that are more than the amount of calories your body can burn can lead to gaining of more fat.
In addition to an effective six pack diet and abs exercise, doing cardiovascular exercises is also vital to having a six pack abs. Walking, jogging, or swimming are good cardiovascular exercises that can help you lose stomach fats to make your cut stomach muscles visible. But remember that doing this daily will only lead to gaining more fats. The ideal is to do cardiovascular exercises at an interval of 1-2 days in between.
